A Place for Mom is seeking a Business Development Manager to sign strategic home care agencies into their network. The role focuses on acquiring new agency partners and presenting the value of A Place for Mom's referral programs. This is a key position for both the company's success and the well-being of caregivers and their loved ones.

Requirements

  • Manage multiple geographical markets with targeted home care agencies
  • Educate potential agencies on A Place for Mom's value and customer qualifications
  • Meet or exceed weekly Key Performance Indicators and monthly goals
  • Maintain detailed notes and document all sales activity
  • Communicate weekly accomplishments and goals
  • Ensure the success of new agencies through contract completion
  • Maintain excellent communication with the Home Care Acquisitions Manager
