This role focuses on managing sales activities, educating potential clients, and ensuring successful onboarding, with a focus on exceeding key performance indicators and meeting goals. Requirements

  • Manage multiple geographical markets with target home care agencies.
  • Educate potential agencies on A Place for Mom’s value and referral programs.
  • Meet or exceed weekly key performance indicators and monthly goals.
  • Maintain detailed notes and documentation in the CRM.
  • Communicate effectively with the Manager of Home Care Acquisitions.
  • Experience in senior care or home care preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft, Google).
  • Data tracking and analysis skills.
