Job Description
We're looking for a proactive and collaborative team member to drive new business growth by developing and closing B2B partnerships for onsite, near-site, and employer-sponsored early education programs. As a Sales Account Executive, you will own the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution, building relationships with corporate partners, real estate developers, municipalities, and community organizations to expand access to high-quality early childhood education.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex, consultative sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and long lead times
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
