Job Description

Bachman’s is seeking a Sr. Director of Nursery Wholesale to lead the strategic growth, sales and marketing, nursery buying, and operation efforts of Bachman’s Nursery Wholesale and Hardscapes division. This role focuses on achieving corporate and divisional goals for profitable sales, customer service excellence, operational effectiveness, innovation, and team development. The Senior Director will drive continuous improvement and ensure integration across departments.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture, Business, or related filed; graduate degree preferred.
7+ years of progressive management experience, preferably in horticulture or wholesale distribution.
Deep knowledge of landscape and hardgood products.
Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and customer strategy in Wholesale Operations.
Proven ability to develop strategic business, marketing, and financial plans.
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Strong analytical and organization skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant ERP systems (NetSuite and CECS preferred).
