Role OverviewThe Trust and Safety engineering team is responsible for protecting users from harmful content and abusive behaviors. The team builds content moderation process systems, rule engine, strategy systems, feature engine, moderation platforms, data platforms, risk insight systems, and supportive platforms across the TnS organization.
What You Will Do
Participate in architecture design and implementation of data application platforms, optimize data application architecture, design and implement systematic support for data integration, and establish technical influence inside and outside the department.

Successful candidates must be able to commit to an onboarding date by the end of the year, have a strong background in computer science or a related discipline, and be proficient in a technology stack of the server in distributed/high concurrency scenarios.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or above degree in computer science or a related discipline
- Experience with software development in C++, Python, or Java
- Proficiency in a technology stack of the server (rpc, message queue, link tracking, and service governance, etc.) in distributed/high concurrency scenarios
- Experience with big data systems and related technologies (Spark, Flink, ClickHouse, HBase, etc.)
- Great communication and teamwork skills
- Experience with data insight and related technologies (machine learning, statistical analysis, etc.) is preferred
