Role OverviewThe Trust and Safety engineering team is responsible for protecting users from harmful content and abusive behaviors. The team builds content moderation process systems, rule engine, strategy systems, feature engine, moderation platforms, data platforms, risk insight systems, and supportive platforms across the TnS organization.
What You Will Do
Participate in architecture design and implementation, optimize data application architecture, design and implement systematic support for data integration, and establish technical influence.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Successful candidates must be able to commit to an onboarding date by the end of the year. The General Hire track assesses fit across the whole TikTok TnS Organization, and based on performance, one or more teams will be identified as the best match.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or above degree in computer science or a related discipline
- Experience with software development in C++, Python, or Java
- Proficiency in server technology stack in distributed/high concurrency scenarios
- Experience with big data systems and related technologies
- Great communication and teamwork skills
- Experience with data insight and related technologies (machine learning, statistical analysis) preferred
