We are seeking a Bacon Bits Operations Supervisor (1st Shift) to oversee and ensure the proper cooking and chilling of our high-quality Hatfield products. This role involves monitoring, troubleshooting deviations, and ensuring FSQA releases.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a food industry or manufacturing setting
  • Knowledgeable in HACCP, SAP, and food safety regulations
  • Transparent and honest, with strong accountability to address deviations and ensure quality standards
  • Able to work a 5AM start shift (typically 10 hours), ensuring smooth operations with a focus on continuous improvement
