Bacon Production Supervisor

Supervise production workers, ensure safety and efficiency, and promote teamwork in the plant facility.

What You Will Do

Monitor production operations, maintain equipment, and prepare production records. Anticipate and resolve delays, and work with other supervisors and management to promote efficiency.

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge and technical skill in a variety of production jobs
• Supervisory skills; good interpersonal relations; ability to handle conflict
• 1-2 years of direct supervisory/management experience
• Must be able to work both 1st and 2nd shift hours
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to speak multiple languages beneficial
• Good attendance record (3 points or less for internal candidates)
• High School Diploma/GED required; college education preferred
