Job Description
Sun Country Airlines is seeking a Baggage Coordinator to be responsible for the full life cycle of lost and/or delayed baggage. As a Baggage Coordinator, you will provide exceptional customer service, track and reunite lost and/or delayed baggage with their owners, and manage lost, delayed, and baggage left on board to resolve claims in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Previous Customer Service experience
  • Demonstrated strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to be self-motivated and a team player in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication verbal and written, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines
  • Microsoft office suite and familiarity with airline applications
  • Possess a valid driver's license and a good driving record
