Sun Country Airlines is seeking a Baggage Coordinator PT to provide exceptional customer service and resolve claims related to lost and/or delayed baggage.

Requirements

  • Previous Customer Service experience
  • Demonstrated strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to be self-motivated and a team player in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication verbal and written, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines
  • Microsoft office suite and familiarity with airline applications
