Role Overview

The Bagging Line Operator is responsible for safely setting up, starting, operating, monitoring, and maintaining bagging equipment to maximize production, maintain product quality, reduce downtime, and support a clean and safe work environment. This position is part of the mulch production operations team at Living Earth, the largest recycler of tree limbs, brush, leaves, and grass clippings in Texas and Tennessee.

What You Will Do

The main day-to-day responsibilities of the Bagging Line Operator include operating mulch line bagging equipment, setting up and starting equipment, monitoring and adjusting equipment, performing equipment cleaning and maintenance, and maintaining accurate production records and KPI documentation.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two to three years of experience in an industrial operations, manufacturing, production, or similar environment
  • Experience operating automatic bagging equipment
  • Prior experience working around production equipment, conveyors, packaging lines, or similar industrial machinery
