Job Description
Support the Lead Baker and Executive Pastry Chef in the bakeshop, overseeing production and providing excellent service to guests and team members.
Requirements
Six months of in-house training as a Baker’s Helper or at least one year outside training in related fields
Ability to work hands-on in any kitchen environment, including high volume production
Basic understanding of all operations in the bakeshop and knowledge of bakery equipment
Ability to follow recipes accurately and decorate using piping jells, icings, etc.
Ability to mix, bake, and plate a variety of products
