Job Description
Support the Lead Baker and Executive Pastry Chef in the bakeshop, overseeing production and providing excellent service to guests and team members.

Requirements

  • Six months of in-house training as a Baker’s Helper or at least one year outside training in related fields
  • Ability to work hands-on in any kitchen environment, including high volume production
  • Basic understanding of all operations in the bakeshop and knowledge of bakery equipment
  • Ability to follow recipes accurately and decorate using piping jells, icings, etc.
  • Ability to mix, bake, and plate a variety of products
