Job Description
The Baker Level I is responsible for performing entry level baking duties, preparing desserts and baked goods, and providing superior guest service. Duties include following recipes, routine clean up, and additional job duties as assigned by the department manager.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
  • One year culinary training (preferred)
  • Minimum of one year working experience in a kitchen or bakery
  • Valid Washington State food handler's card required
  • Must be able to stand for longer than 8 hours
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds
  • Must be able to tolerate a smoke filled environment
  • Mobility to climb stairs on a routine basis
  • Ability to work all scheduled shifts, including day, swing, graveyard, and holidays
