Job Description
The Sycuan Tribe is a community of people working together toward a common goal, and they are looking for a Baker to create bakery items for guest consumption. The Baker will be responsible for maintaining efficient operation of the Bakery area, maintaining safe and sanitary area, and assisting in caterings on both on and off-site events.

Requirements

  • County of San Diego Food Handler Card
  • CA ABC Responsible Beverage Service Certification
  • 1-year baking experience in a high-volume restaurant
