Role OverviewWe are looking for a Baker to join our team at Einstein Bros. Bagels. As a Baker, you will be responsible for ensuring quality product is available each shift by stocking the bagel wall and pastry case. You will work as a team to provide excellent guest service by helping with order taking, sandwich making, etc. Our teams take pride in ensuring the quality of the food and beverages we serve; and by keeping a safe and clean store environment.

A day in the life of a Baker includes ensuring quality product is available each shift, stocking the bagel wall and pastry case, and working as a team to provide excellent guest service.

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends
- Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
- Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver’s license (always preferred but only required at specific locations) and meet the driving qualifications as required by Company policy
