Role OverviewBakers at Commonplace Coffee produce delicious food options for retail shop guests and wholesale clients, using high-quality, regionally sourced ingredients. This position can be full-time or part-time, with the potential to expand to full-time.
What You Will Do
Maintain high quality and consistent product standards, prep ingredients, follow recipes, and monitor oven temperatures. Organize and label items, test and taste products, and support a positive work environment.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Strong attention to detail, respect for cleanliness and sanitation, and ability to multi-task and problem solve are required. Experience in commercial kitchens and bakeries is highly preferred.
