This multi-dimensional position includes prepping for retail and wholesale, packaging, making doughs and batters, and general pastry work. The ideal candidate will produce products in various categories, follow recipes, and maintain consistent quality.
What You Will Do
As a Baker, you will produce products such as cookies, muffins, scones, savory breakfast options, and special orders. You will also finish and garnish tarts, cakes, custards, and cream puffs.
