Job Description
Join our Festival Foods team as a Baker! As a Baker at Festival Foods, you will be responsible for baking and producing high-quality bakery and pastry items, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements

  • Recipe & Production Control: Follow recipes and production lists precisely to ensure high-quality bakery and pastry items.
  • Health & Safety: Adhere to all Health Department guidelines and Festival sanitation practices.
  • Guest Service: Provide excellent customer service to our guests by assisting them with finding items, taking special orders, and addressing concerns.
  • Stock Monitoring: Keep an eye on stock levels and service floor needs, ensuring proper assortment and production-level, especially for early mornings and evenings.
  • Quality Standards: Maintain food safety logs and ensure all quality standards, including quantity expectations, are met by 10 am and 5 pm daily.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with all Bakery associates to meet department goals and support a positive team environment.
