Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Baker/Pastry Cook to join our team at Park Hyatt Aviara. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on laminated doughs, bread pastries, and a variety of other baked goods.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a baker or pastry cook, preferably in a professional kitchen.
  • Strong knowledge of laminated dough techniques and bread pastry production.
  • Familiarity with various baking methods and equipment.
  • Ability to work early mornings, starting around 4:00 AM, with flexibility for additional hours as needed.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Team player with strong communication skills.
