85°C Bakery Cafe is Hiring for Store Management Team Members! We are seeking an Assistant Manager who is willing to take challenges and grow with the company. As one of the leading management of the store, the AM is responsible for people development, P&Ls, and upholding the highest standard of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC) while supporting 85°C key vision and directive.

Requirements

  • Meet and exceed sales and profitability objectives
  • Support the recruitment, retention, and development of a diverse pool of talents.
  • Deliver the highest level of customer service to each guest.
  • Maintain high standard of quality control, hygiene, and health & safety.
  • Cross train in each department including: Bread, Cake, POS, Bar.
