Job Description
Responsible for production of all finished goods as needed, following instructions and recipes to specific standards, and maintaining open communication with guests and staff.

Requirements

  • Upon receipt of order from restaurant outlets, finishes desserts ensuring proper size and decoration
  • Uses advanced techniques including piping, molding chocolate, and working with sugar and caramel
  • Follows recipes
  • Produces desserts on time for delivery to outlets
  • Prepare and restock shop stock products as needed
  • Cleaning and stocking as needed
