Role OverviewAs a Bakery/Deli Clerk, you will create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service, maintain a safe and clean environment, and assist the department manager in reaching sales and profit goals. You will work in a high-paced and sometimes stressful environment, managing conflict and providing support to customers and colleagues.
What You Will Do
Your main responsibilities will include preparing items per customer requests, offering product samples, informing customers of bakery and/or deli specials, and recommending deli or bakery items to customers. You will also be responsible for maintaining equipment, following food safety regulations, and adhering to all quality assurance standards.
