Role OverviewResponsible for the operation of the Bakery Department, supervision and training of department personnel, inventory and ordering of merchandise, and ensuring customer service and product quality, freshness, and selection.
What You Will Do
Supervise employees, maintain a safe and secure work environment, provide customer relations duties, engage in suggestive selling techniques, meet departmental projected sales and gross margin objectives, and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- As a bakery clerk, Lead Clerk, MIT or equivalent to understand the Bakery department procedures
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Food Handlers Certification (per state laws)
