Job Description
New Seasons Market seeks a Bakery Manager II to lead the Bakery department and staff, providing exceptional customer service and contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Requirements

  • Previous customer service, food service, retail, or grocery experience required.
  • Barista experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment.
  • Knowledge of and experience working with bread, including baking artisan bread products, pastry, and coffee/tea products in a café or retail environment required.
  • Previous experience with ordering/inventory management required.
  • Previous supervisory or management experience required.
  • Intermediate level experience with MS Office.
  • Working knowledge with POS, inventory or other retail specific software and ability to learn new technology/software preferred.
  • Skills to manage financial results, including labor, sales, and profit margin.
