Job Description
New Seasons Market seeks a Bakery Manager II to lead the Bakery department and staff, providing exceptional customer service and contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Requirements
Previous customer service, food service, retail, or grocery experience required.
Barista experience preferred.
Demonstrated commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment.
Knowledge of and experience working with bread, including baking artisan bread products, pastry, and coffee/tea products in a café or retail environment required.
Previous experience with ordering/inventory management required.
Previous supervisory or management experience required.
Intermediate level experience with MS Office.
Working knowledge with POS, inventory or other retail specific software and ability to learn new technology/software preferred.
Skills to manage financial results, including labor, sales, and profit margin.
