Job Description
The Fresh Market is looking for a Bakery Manager to lead the bakery department, direct team members, manage inventory, and provide excellent guest service. The ideal candidate has 3 years of management experience in grocery retail, restaurant, baking, and/or culinary experience.

Requirements

  • 3 years of management experience in grocery retail, restaurant, baking, and/or culinary experience
  • Ability to read, understand and follow planograms, layouts, and schematics of the department for merchandising
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Must be at least 18 years old
