Bakery Manager Training Program

Join Stew Leonard's as a future manager in the Bakery Department. The 12-18 month program includes structured learning experiences, on-the-job training, and mentorship. You will gain technical skills, product knowledge, and a deep understanding of the company's values and culture.

Requirements

• Associate's degree or higher
• Prior Bakery Experience is a plus but not required
• Minimum grade average of C, or better
• Flexible schedule to include opening and closing shifts
