Role OverviewAssist with dough preparation and boxing for transport, following approved production instructions and maintaining strict cleaning and food handling/safety guidelines.
What You Will Do
Prepare and stage ingredients, handle and portion dough, package and label products accurately, inspect dough and finished packages for quality concerns, and complete assigned production records.
