Role Overview

As a Bakery Trainer - 3rd Shift, you will be accountable for developing, delivering, and maintaining production training programs that build workforce capability, ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards, and support operational excellence across Cookies, Muffins, and Bread manufacturing operations.

What You Will Do

Deliver comprehensive training programs for new hires, existing associates, and temporary-to-permanent employees across production departments. Develop and maintain training materials, SOPs, work instructions, certifications, and skill matrices to support standardized job performance.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience developing, maintaining, and updating standard operating procedures, work instructions, and training materials
  • Experience supporting training within a regulated food manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, food safety, and workplace safety requirements
  • Understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies
  • Strong communication, organization, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, occasionally lift up to 50 pounds, use a computer regularly, and wear required PPE
