Role OverviewWe're looking for a reliable and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Bakeshop Associate/Crew Member. The ideal candidate will have previous quick service food handling experience and excellent attendance.
What You Will Do
Welcome customers, process transactions, pack orders, and provide excellent customer service. Operate cash register/point-of-sale system, sell freshly baked cookies, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements
- RELIABILITY AND EXCELLENT ATTENDANCE ARE REQUIRED.
- Previous quick service food handling experience in either the hospitality or food and beverage industry required
- One year of experience in a customer service environment
- Must maintain and follow strict cleaning and food handling/safety guidelines.
- Able to precisely and consistently bake cookies according to baking instructions.
- Have integrity, positive attitude & take initiative.
- Comfortable working on a team and independently.
- Be trustworthy. Will be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) to protect recipes, etc.
- Work well under pressure.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently.
- Ability to multitask while paying special attention to detail and is meticulous.
- Previous experience using POS (point-of-sale) equipment is a plus
- Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule according to business needs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
