Role OverviewThe Bakeshop Banquet Cook will produce a consistent, quality product that meets and exceeds guests' expectations in a timely manner. The role requires total supervision and hands-on training. The cook will practice the importance of producing a consistent, quality product and communicate with the culinary team. What You Will Do
The Bakeshop Banquet Cook will be responsible for producing a consistent, quality product, communicating with the culinary team, and maintaining a clean work space. The cook will also be able to perform all basic cooking skills, including reading recipes, and report to work on time.

Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in the culinary world, preferably in a hotel or large volume catering
- Ability to lift/push up to 50lbs
- Ability to stand for 8 hours
- Solid understanding of food safety and sanitation
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
