We are seeking a creative and experienced Baking & Pastry Supervisor with administration responsibilities to help lead our pastry department. The ideal candidate is someone who is deeply passionate about pastry arts, has a keen eye for detail, and a strong background in creating exquisite desserts and pastries.

Requirements

  • Experience in baking, pastry, or pastry kitchen supervision
  • Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and pastry production
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
