Role OverviewResponsible for safely running the baler, including operation, cleanup, and recommending improvements to operations. Works in a team environment to meet quality, cost, safety, customer satisfaction, and productivity standards.
What You Will Do
Make good, neat bales, operate hogger, maintain accurate bale reports, maintain inventories, operate a forklift, and turn in maintenance work orders.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Prior work experience in the corrugated industry and forklift operation are preferred. Must be able to read and follow instructions, apply common sense understanding, and deal with problems involving concrete variables.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior work experience in the corrugated industry (preferred)
- Prior work experience as a forklift operator (preferred)
- Lift Truck Operator License (may be required)
