Role OverviewEntry-level position responsible for operating, maintaining, and recommending improvements to Hogger, Baler & Slitter machines. Responsible for making good, neat bales, operating a forklift, and maintaining accurate records.
What You Will Do
Operate Hogger and hog up all unusable paper and corrugated scrap, maintain accurate bale reports, record accurate waste data, and maintain inventories of bale wire, dunnage, and scrap bales.

Requirements
- High school or equivalent
- Mathematical skills
- Reasoning ability
- Technical skills: equipment design and capabilities, product layouts and production specifications, product quality specifications, and quality standards
