What You Will Do
Make good, neat bales, operate Hogger and hog up all unusable paper and corrugated scrap, maintain accurate bale reports, and assist with Sustainability Initiatives.

Requirements
- High school or equivalent (Required)
- Mathematical Skills
- Reasoning Ability
- Technical Skills (working knowledge of equipment design and capabilities, product layouts and production specifications, product quality specifications, and quality standards)
- Language Skills (able to read and follow instructions on factory masters)
- Physical Demands (ability to stand, walk, talk, use hands, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, lift, and move up to 60 pounds)
