Responsibilities include operating the bander and corresponding equipment, ensuring proper placement of unit tags and cover sheets, scanning barcodes, and maximizing equipment utilization. You will also complete necessary reports and adhere to production schedules.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior work experience in the corrugated industry (preferred)
- Ability to read and follow instructions on factory masters
- Ability to read a tape measure with speed and accuracy
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as percentages, measurement, volume and rate
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or graphic form
- Ability to deal with problems involving one or more concrete variables in standardized situations
