Role OverviewA Banking Center Manager II is responsible for the overall success of the assigned banking center, providing periodic management support for other banking centers. They are responsible for a profitable banking center through sales and promotion of bank products to qualified clients, ethical oversight of bank operations, and creation of a positive environment that provides superior client experience and associate engagement.
What You Will Do
Supervise banking center staff, conduct regular meetings, provide frequent feedback, deliver a Fast, Easy, and Personal client experience, measure and manage sales, market bank products, provide community education outreach, and implement all banking center procedures.

- Thorough understanding of retail banking loan and deposit products
- Ability to travel outside of the banking center within the local area, up to 20%
- Ability to be NMLS licensed and registered
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent is required; bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-year banking center experience; experience with DFC banks is preferred
- 1-year management/supervisory experience required
- Sales or networking background experience required; sales and marketing aptitude preferred
