Role OverviewThe Banking Center Manager builds a team and plans, directs, and manages the sales and service function of the assigned banking center ensuring that the staff provides professional services that assists clients in achieving their financial goals.
What You Will Do
Responsible for the expansion of business relationships and the development of new business, ensuring training and development of retail staff, monitoring growth and profitability of the banking center, and performing regular coaching sessions in sales, referrals, customer service, and teamwork.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Four-year degree in business administration for related field is preferred
- Three plus years of management experience in a banking environment
- Prior experience as a teller and new accounts/personal banker
- Knowledge of banking laws and compliance regulations
