Role Overview

The Banking Center Manager is responsible for the administration and efficient operation of the banking center, including branch profit and loss, sales process execution, client satisfaction and retention, implementation and compliance with operational standards, legal and regulatory requirements, and staff hiring, training, development, and evaluation. The Banking Center Manager has individual responsibilities for direct client sales and service, including account opening, loan applications, service inquiries, and transaction processing as needed. They have individual sales goals as well as the responsibility for maximizing the sales and profitability of the entire banking center.

What You Will Do

The Banking Center Manager will build a banking center team focused on a consultative sales approach, uncovering client needs, and providing education and advice regarding products and services available to meet client needs. They will lead the team in educating clients of all consumer and small business loan and deposit products and services, promote line of business resources through joint calling efforts, and ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and guidelines.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of banking experience, 2+ years of consumer lending experience, and 2+ years of supervisory experience, preferably in the banking or retail industry. They will be eligible to register with the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) and have a Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field or equivalent work experience.
