Role Overview

The Banking Center Manager leads a high-performing team focused on delivering exceptional client experiences and driving strong financial results. This role is responsible for the overall performance of the banking center, including sales growth, client satisfaction, operational excellence, and team development. The Banking Center Manager builds and develops talent, creating an environment where team members are engaged, accountable, and equipped to meet client needs through a consultative, relationship-based approach.

What You Will Do

Own overall banking center performance, including achieving loan, deposit, and referral goals; monitor metrics and drive actions to improve results and sustain growth. Lead a client-centric culture focused on understanding needs, providing advice, and delivering personalized financial solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
  • 4+ years of experience in banking, retail, or a client-facing environment, including exposure to sales, lending, and relationship management
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, or influence others to achieve performance goals, preferably within a team-based or multi-functional environment
  • Understanding of consumer lending, sales processes, and client relationship management practices
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence across roles
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining client and team focus
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish preferred but not required
  • NMLS registered or eligible to register with the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry
