Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of bankruptcy litigation experience on the creditor side
- Demonstrated courtroom and adversary proceeding experience
- Familiarity with the Northern District of Georgia Bankruptcy Court (strongly preferred)
- Sharp written and oral advocacy skills
