Job Description
At Hyatt, we care for people so they can be their best. We are looking for an energetic and personable Banquet Bartender to join our team. You'll play a vital role in creating exceptional experiences for our guests while assisting the team in running the banquet operations on the day to day.

Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills required
  • Project and time management skills are essential
  • Banquet Bartending experience desired
  • Knowledge of various alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
  • Understanding of responsible alcohol service and compliance with local laws
  • Previous experience as a bartender in a hotel or upscale dining setting is required
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Knowledge of retail math for handling cash transactions
  • Familiarity with basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating drink prices
  • Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
  • Must be 21 years of age
  • TIPS/ServSafe Alcohol Certification is a plus
  • Must be able to lift 20 pounds or more
