Job Description
The Banquet Captain will assist the Executive Chef/Food Services Director and Events and Catering Coordinator with supervision of banquet and food services staff, including scheduling and timekeeping. The candidate will work banquets, café, and assist the Sous Chef when needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • One year experience in Food Services
  • One year supervisory experience preferred
  • Current Food Handlers/SERV Safe card
  • Valid Oregon driver's license and acceptable driving record
