Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Banquet Captain to lead banquet operations for our new hospitality venture, Dolly Parton's SongTellerHotel, in Nashville. The ideal candidate is driven to create meaningful experiences for our hosts, guests, and community while ensuring the success and profitability of banquets and catering at the hotel.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One (1) year of foods/banquet service experience
  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • Must be able to obtain Serve Safe certification within first 30 days
  • Tennessee Alcohol Board Commission (TABC) Certification, Required
  • Basic Computer Skills
  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • Driver's license and acceptable driving record required if appointed authorized drive
