Role OverviewJoin the Grand Hyatt Seattle as an On-Call Banquet Captain, leading banquet servers and ensuring a visually appealing function space. This role involves coaching, giving direction, and training, as well as maintaining a sanitary environment.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include making the function space visually appealing, presenting the menu offering, and performing general banquet preparation, room refreshes, and beverage service.
