Role Overview

Join the Grand Hyatt Seattle as an On-Call Banquet Captain, leading banquet servers and ensuring a visually appealing function space. This role involves coaching, giving direction, and training, as well as maintaining a sanitary environment. The Banquet Captain is responsible for making the function space visually appealing and presenting the menu offering for the event.

What You Will Do

The Banquet Captain's main day-to-day responsibilities include general banquet preparation, room refreshes, and maintaining a sanitary environment. They may also include linen and table setting, food station design, and beverage service.

  • Food Handlers/MAST cards are required
