Job Description
As a Banquet Captain (On-Call) at Muckleshoot Casino Resort, you will have the opportunity to work in a competitive environment with a competitive salary and discretionary performance bonuses. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of banquet functions, promoting positive guest relations, and working closely with the kitchen to maintain high food quality standards.

Requirements

  • Ability to obtain a Class III B gaming license
  • Minimum of 1 (one) year experience in a supervisory or managerial position within a large multi-faceted food and beverage department
  • At least 2 (two) years’ experience working in a variety of capacities within a high-volume Banquet/Catering operation with 1 (one) year of fine dining service required
  • Must maintain a valid WA State Health Card/Food Handlers Permit
  • Must maintain a valid Liquor Service Permit
