Job Description

Requirements
Previous Culinary Management experience is required.
Develop and implement creative menu items that adhere to Hyatt brand standards.
Manage colleagues through scheduling, payroll, training, coaching, evaluating, and hiring.
Monitor food production, ordering, cost, quality, and consistency daily
Ensure proper safety and sanitation of all kitchen facilities and equipment.
Ability to work a flexible schedule that will likely include evenings, weekends, and holidays
