Prepare high-volume banquet meals, cook a variety of menu items, and maintain exceptional culinary standards. Collaborate with team members to meet event deadlines and execute smooth service.
Requirements
Experience in high-volume food preparation, preferably in a banquet or catering environment
Solid knowledge of food safety, prep techniques, and proper kitchen equipment use
Strong attention to detail and consistency in flavor, presentation, and portioning
Flexibility with scheduling—shifts generally start around 9:00am, but may vary based on event needs (days, nights, weekends, holidays)
Positive attitude, professionalism, and reliability
