Requirements

  • Experience in high-volume food preparation, preferably in a banquet or catering environment
  • Solid knowledge of food safety, prep techniques, and proper kitchen equipment use
  • Strong attention to detail and consistency in flavor, presentation, and portioning
  • Flexibility with scheduling—shifts generally start around 9:00am, but may vary based on event needs (days, nights, weekends, holidays)
  • Positive attitude, professionalism, and reliability
