Job Description
The Banquet Manager oversees event execution and guest experience, leading a team to ensure full client and guest satisfaction. The role involves developing and maintaining standard break and buffet designs, creating SOPs for uniforms and service standards, and managing controllable expenses.

Requirements

  • Oversee and participate in servicing all events to ensure full client and guest satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain standard break and buffet designs for each menu.
  • Create, update, and enforce SOPs for uniforms, service standards, staffing standards, and storage/organization practices.
  • Ensure revenues for all events are posted correctly on the date of execution.
  • Manage controllable expenses (paper products, linens, de9cor, operating supplies) to minimize waste and damage.
