Role OverviewThe Banquet Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of banquet services, managing the planning and execution of various events, including private parties, corporate functions, and Member gatherings. The role involves ensuring high standards of service, efficiency, and guest satisfaction are consistently met.
What You Will Do
The Banquet Manager will be responsible for recruiting, training, and supervising banquet service personnel, implementing and monitoring training programs, creating and managing staff schedules, communicating with the Event Sales Director, reviewing reservation books and functions sheets, and overseeing the setup and breakdown of banquet rooms.
